Welcome to the Florida Substance Abuse and Mental Health Corporation

The Florida Substance Abuse & Mental Health Corporation, an independent, nonprofit body created by the Legislature in 2005 was abolished by the 2010 Legislature. The Corporation will cease to operate on June 30, 2010. This website will continue as is until December 2010 but no updates will be posted. Copies of Corporation annual reports and other studies will be available through the Florida Mental Health Institute Library at the University of South Florida and State of Florida Library. Emails sent to info@samhcorp.org will not be responded to.
